Imagine 'everyday harassment' being part of your job description. For Transport Victoria's frontline workers, this wasn't a hypothetical. It was a reality.

The government asked us to humanise the workers with a simple poster and interview. We saw an opportunity to do something
bigger...

Introducing Hi-Vis Humanity.
A project which re-imagines worker's safety vests to reflect their personal stories. Encouraging passengers to see the human before the uniform.

We paired renowned textile artists Kait James, Sharon Peoples, Ruth De Vos and Susie Vickery with specific workers to bring to life their stories using bespoke sewing techniques and styles.

The campaign featured across Victoria as
large scale OOH, posters, social video, and longform film.
